The Cannondale Moterra 4 is an all-suspension mountain e-bike that delivers top performance, great handling and quality components. Designed for riders who want to explore challenging trails but don’t want to compromise on comfort or technology.
At the heart of the bike is the stiff and durable SmartForm C2 Alloy aluminium frame, which uses Proportional Response geometry – each frame size is optimised for the rider’s specific height, meaning maximum control and stability regardless of build.
Power is provided by the powerful and proven Bosch Performance Line CX Smart System, with up to 85Nm of torque to playfully tackle steep climbs and technical sections. Thanks to the fully integrated Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh battery, you’ll have plenty of power for all-day excursions. Conveniently monitor all riding and assistance data via the LED Remote Control and optional Bosch display.
The SR Suntour Zeron 36-X Boost fork with 160mm of travel and RockShox Deluxe Select rear shock , DebonAir+, adjustable rebound, 230×62.5mm, ensure a smooth ride through challenging terrain. Reliable and precise gear changes are handled by an 11-speed Shimano CUES groupset, and Tektro M535 4-piston hydraulic four-piston brakes provide the confidence you need on descents.
The e-bike is built on solid 29″ wheels with a 30mm inner width, shod in proven Schwalbe TBA tyres that hold up well in challenging conditions. A telescopic seatpost, fender readiness and handy internal cable routing complete the equipment.

Bosch Performance Line CX 5th generation engine
The 5th generation motor offers 85 Nm and a peak power of 600 W. Thanks to the magnesium housing, it is lighter (2.8 kg) and quieter. The new mounting system makes installation easier. Improved sensors measure rider inputs more accurately, ensuring a more natural power transfer. The motor has hill-start and walk assist for added comfort. Lower weight improves maneuverability and component durability. Auto mode automatically adjusts terrain assistance. Compatibility with Bosch smart systems allows tracking of ride details, making planning and the ride itself easier.

Bosch PowerTube 600
Bosch PowerTube 600 and 800 offer higher capacity and lower weight. The PowerTube 800 weighs 3.9 kg, 400 g less than previous 750 Wh models, while providing a longer range. The new batteries are more compact, improving the handling of the electric bikes. In addition, they are made with the environment in mind, using recycled materials and renewable energy.
Both batteries – the 600 Wh and 800 Wh – have the same length of 435 mm, which is almost 5 cm less than the 750 Wh version (484 mm). This shorter design is made possible by the use of advanced 21700 cells and a modified cross-section. The advantage of the same length is compatibility with a single bracket, meaning that if the frame has sufficient space for an 800 Wh battery, a 600 Wh model can also be used. This gives greater flexibility in choosing battery capacity.

Fully interconnected LED control unit. The LED remote control is also ready for demanding sports riders. It has all the classic functions you need. More flexibility, comfort and safety. The LED remote connects the e-bike to the eBike Flow app. This makes it possible to show all important riding data, such as ride length or distance travelled, via smartphone and share it. The LED remote control can be individually customised and, in addition to its attractive design, boasts optimal ergonomics and intuitive operation.
