Description
The Cannondale Moterra 3 is a powerful full-suspension e-bike for riders looking for mountain adventure, challenging trails and long hikes. With modern geometry, a powerful motor and sophisticated equipment, the Moterra 3 pushes the boundaries of what you expect from an e-MTB.
At the heart of it all is the robust SmartForm C1 Alloy aluminium frame, designed for maximum stiffness and control during aggressive riding. Its geometry is based on the Proportional Response philosophy – frame sizes are proportioned to give each rider optimal handling and stability.
Power is provided by the proven Bosch Performance Line CX Smart System with 85Nm of torque, which combined with the fully integrated Bosch PowerTube 800Wh battery delivers massive power and range, even in demanding use. Everything is controlled via the clear Bosch Purion 200 display .
Perfect damping is provided by the RockShox Psylo Silver RC fork with 160 mm travel and RockShox Deluxe Select, DebonAir+ rear shock, which can handle rocky trail terrain and steep descents. Shimano CUES U6000 drivetrain and Shimano MT520 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes, 203mm with large discs, ensure reliable power transfer and can handle long, steep descents without losing power.
The Moterra 3 is fitted with WTB ST i30 TCS solid wheels and Continental Kryptotal wide tyres, offering excellent grip and traction on any terrain. A telescopic seatpost, internal cable routing and the possibility of mounting accessories such as mudguards or a kickstand complete the overall comfort and practicality.

Bosch Performance Line CX 5th generation engine
The 5th generation motor offers 85 Nm and a peak power of 600 W. Thanks to the magnesium housing, it is lighter (2.8 kg) and quieter. The new mounting system makes installation easier. Improved sensors measure rider inputs more accurately, ensuring a more natural power transfer. The motor has hill-start and walk assist for added comfort. Lower weight improves maneuverability and component durability. Auto mode automatically adjusts terrain assistance. Compatibility with Bosch smart systems allows tracking of ride details, making planning and the ride itself easier.

Display Bosch Purion 200
Control unit with compact colour display and fully networked Smart System. The Purion 200 offers a range of features for an even better ride. For example, in addition to basic functions such as switching the e-bike on and off and lighting, you can also activate the smart push assistant with the Purion 200’s buttons to make pushing your e-bike while walking easier. At the touch of a button, you can change the display in seconds and easily select the information that’s important to you at the time: for example, keep track of the remaining range, see how far you’ve gone or check your pedalling frequency.
